Sorry for the delayed response (I rarely log onto this service - too busy!). Anyway I use skins from FNKY! which have facial hair. The chest hair is a wearable from The Hair Shop. Next time I log on I'll get you an LM, but you can look on the Warehouse sims shopping mall and you will see them. The style is called "Carlos."

The skins are sort of cyberpunk/dystopian inspired, but the one I chose didn't come with eyeliner like some of the skins there do. Their lightest skins look more like skins of the undead (well, with the right accessories).
