I am excited about being the new Event Director for the SL Blogger group!!

HI, everyone - I am the Event Director for the group now! I am really excited about this since I value this group so much. I want to help make our group even stronger.

I have some ideas as we go forward:
- resuming the quarterly Blogger Meet-up parties
- having a membership drive to encourage SL Bloggers to participate in the group
- establishing an in-world headquarters (meeting place, information center, etc.)
- making pans for a SL Blogger convention
- helping the group be an even stronger source of tips, advice and support for one another

As we go forward, we'll need your participation, too. YOU are the key to keeping this group fun and useful! BTW - I believe that Zoe is still looking for a second event coordinator/activities director.

Hi all!

I just wanted to mention here that Tymmerie Thorne is now officially the Event Director of the SL Bloggers inworld and NING group.

Also, Tymmerie will be taking over Day-to-Day operations of the inWorld SL Bloggers group by September 1st, 2009, as I step back to ramp-up activities in my others inWorld/NING groups.

I'll continue to run the Day-to-Day operations of the SL Bloggers NING group and be available to advise Tymmerie in the inWorld SL Bloggers Group.

Congrats Tymmerie! I am new on this SL Blogger Group but I'm glad I was able to get in after a few weeks of pending application [LOL.] To whatever activities or plan you guys are into, please count me in.
